VIVA!Freight combines a quotation framework with a contact management tool to help your reps get more sales than ever. And being able to perform all sales functions on the same software as operations staff results in real time saving and more error-free transactions.

Components are organized within job functions: management, sales, operations and accounting. Transactions are grouped by client, shipment and

transportation files with separate screens and documents for each type of shipment (export air, import ocean, domestic ground, etc...).

Communications capability

Send shipment notices to clients and agents via fax or email. All forms (invoices, house airway bills, etc..) can be printed, fax or email (as pdf attachments) directly from the software.

Invoicing & accounting interface

VIVA!Freight allows multiple invoices per shipments or per house bills. It handles as many currencies as you need. Invoices can be generated automatically from the quotations. VIVA!Freight provides you with P&L by shipments, by house or by client. You can use the integrated VIVA!Freight accounting module or you can export to your current accounting software.

Management reports

On-line reports lets management analyze profitability by shipment, client, department, etc... at any time. Sales performance, commission reports and a host of other reports are available within VIVA!Freight.
